Thanks everyone. I used kenra heat activated styling spray, kenra #25 hairspray, a 1.5 inch barrel curling iron, and flat iron to create these waves. I got my shirt at Old Navy.
I too want to know what coloring techniques you used to get your hair to look like this! And what colors! Pleaseeeee. Showed my stylist and she was guessing what you did. But I'd love to know for sure so I could tell her how to get your look. Loveeee your hair!
